Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and WSPR Creative and govern your use of WSPR Photo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and all activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You may not share access in a way that circumvents plan, usage, or security limits.

WSPR Photo provides tools for real estate photo editing, image enhancement, upscaling, project organization, and social content creation. Features, providers, limits, and supported formats may change as the service develops.

AI processing can produce unexpected or inaccurate results. You are responsible for reviewing every result before publishing, delivering, or relying on it.

You retain your rights in photos and other content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload that content and request the edits you select.

You grant WSPR Creative a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, modify, and process your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service and to fulfill your requests.

As between you and WSPR Creative, you receive any rights WSPR Creative may have in output generated specifically for you, subject to applicable law and third-party terms. We do not guarantee that output is unique, protectable by copyright, free from errors, or suitable for a particular purpose.

You must ensure that edited real estate images are used lawfully and do not materially misrepresent a property where disclosure or accuracy is required.

Paid features may be offered through subscriptions or prepaid editing tokens. Prices, included usage, storage limits, and applicable taxes are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the available billing controls.

Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees are nonrefundable. Failed processing jobs may be automatically refunded in tokens according to the service's billing logic. Tokens are not legal tender and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

You may not use the service to:

• violate law, privacy, intellectual property, or another person's rights;
• upload unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or malicious content;
• misrepresent a property or transaction in violation of applicable requirements;
• probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass security or usage limits;
• use automated methods that place an unreasonable load on the service; or
• resell or sublicense the service without written permission.

Storage capacity and retention depend on your plan and the product rules shown in the service. You are responsible for keeping independent copies of important source and finished files. We may suspend features for maintenance, security, provider outages, or circumstances outside our control.

The service relies on third-party authentication, payment, hosting, storage, and AI providers. Their services and terms may affect availability and processing. WSPR Creative is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free output.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WSPR Creative will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid to WSPR Creative for WSPR Photo during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or violations of these terms. Provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The revised terms will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
