Privacy Policy
This policy explains how WSPR Creative collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use WSPR Photo.
Last updated July 25, 2026
Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you create an account, including your name, email address, authentication details, and account preferences.
We also process the photos, project information, edit instructions, saved versions, and other content you upload or create through WSPR Photo. We may collect device, browser, log, and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.
Stripe processes payment card details. We receive transaction, subscription, and billing status information, but we do not receive or store your full payment card number.
How we use information
We use information to:
- create and secure your account;
- store projects and perform the photo edits, upscales, and exports you request;
- process purchases, subscriptions, usage limits, and account support;
- detect abuse, investigate errors, and protect the service;
- understand performance and improve product features; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
AI processing and service providers
To perform requested edits, relevant images and instructions may be transmitted to image processing providers such as OpenAI, Fal.ai, and Runware. These providers process content on our behalf or under their applicable service terms.
We also use service providers for authentication and databases, cloud hosting and storage, background job processing, payments, security, and operational monitoring. These currently include Supabase, Cloudflare, Vercel, Trigger.dev, Stripe, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta.
We share information only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect users, or complete a business transaction. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and authentication
We use necessary cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, maintain secure sessions, remember necessary preferences, and prevent abuse. Google sign-in is subject to Google's privacy practices in addition to this policy.
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure page views and aggregate product usage. We also use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session interaction recordings. Customer photos and authenticated workspace content are masked from Clarity. We do not send customer photos, names, email addresses, project titles, or image URLs to Google Analytics.
If you allow advertising cookies, we use Google advertising features and Meta Pixel, together with Meta's Conversions API, to measure whether ads lead to account registrations, checkout starts, and purchases. Meta may receive hashed contact or account identifiers, browser and network information, advertising cookie identifiers, and transaction value and currency. We do not send customer photos, project titles, or image URLs for advertising measurement.
Storage, retention, and deletion
Each project on a Free account is retained for 30 days after that project was last meaningfully used. Opening, downloading, uploading, editing, saving, renaming, reordering, deleting assets, or using carousel tools restarts that project's timer. Purchasing editing tokens does not restart unrelated project timers. Projects owned by accounts with an active or trialing paid storage subscription are retained indefinitely while that subscription remains eligible.
We may send email warnings about 7 days and 24 hours before a Free project expires. Expired project files and project records are deleted, but limited generation, security, and billing history may remain for fraud prevention, support, financial recordkeeping, and legal obligations. You can also delete photos and projects through the product. Account deletion may include the recovery period displayed in the product.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a unique password and protect access to your email and connected accounts.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children
WSPR Photo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through the service.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@wsprphoto.com.
