Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide when you create an account, including your name, email address, authentication details, and account preferences.

We also process the photos, project information, edit instructions, saved versions, and other content you upload or create through WSPR Photo. We may collect device, browser, log, and usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

Stripe processes payment card details. We receive transaction, subscription, and billing status information, but we do not receive or store your full payment card number.

We use information to:

• create and secure your account;
• store projects and perform the photo edits, upscales, and exports you request;
• process purchases, subscriptions, usage limits, and account support;
• detect abuse, investigate errors, and protect the service;
• understand performance and improve product features; and
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

To perform requested edits, relevant images and instructions may be transmitted to image processing providers such as OpenAI, Fal.ai, and Runware. These providers process content on our behalf or under their applicable service terms.

We also use service providers for authentication and databases, cloud hosting and storage, background job processing, payments, security, and operational monitoring. These currently include Supabase, Cloudflare, Vercel, Trigger.dev, and Stripe.

We share information only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect users, or complete a business transaction. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, maintain secure sessions, remember necessary preferences, prevent abuse, and understand whether the service is working correctly. Google sign-in is subject to Google's privacy practices in addition to this policy.

We retain account information and project content while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, maintain required records, and meet legal obligations.

You can delete photos and projects through the product where those controls are available. Account deletion may include the recovery period displayed in the product. Some limited records may remain in backups, security logs, or billing records until their normal retention periods expire.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so you should use a unique password and protect access to your email and connected accounts.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

WSPR Photo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information through the service.

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
